Booking & cancellation. A 20% deposit reserves your dates; the balance is charged 30 days before arrival. The deposit is non-refundable — if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival you lose the deposit only; fewer than 30 days before, the accommodation charge is non-refundable. If we manage to re-let the cancelled nights, we refund you up to what we recover. These terms are shown again at checkout and set out in the Terms & conditions.
